Other training may include systems knowledge, merchandising, product strategy, product knowledge, the art of negotiation and presentation skills. You will receive regular performance reviews, and on successful completion of your Training Programme, you will be appointed to an appropriate position. As a trainee you will be based in Parow, Cape Town, but retail trainees can be placed in stores around the country.

Succession plans are developed and reviewed across the group.
